I absolutely love this photo of my son, Nate. We were in Gulf Shores, AL and he caught this sea creature (which we think is a squid) in an ice bucket from the hotel! Nate always found interesting and collectable things at the beach. As for this "thing" we, of course, let it go. As for it actually being a squid we never really knew. Everytime you tried to pick it up it would INK!
Nate is now 22 years old and has even served a tour in Iraq. But what wonderful memories we have thanks to the pictures we took when he was young.
